Who we are
The company was founded by Adrian and his wife Jackie Lench in 1987. Trading through some very testing years, we have built a strong and experienced workforce which boasts a direct workforce of over 50 employees and over 200 vetted, competent sub contractors.
Our current Build Director Steve Tilstone was our first apprentice in 1995, other apprentices have progressed within the company to being current Contracts Managers, Site Supervisors and various other key roles. Matthew Ekin our Operations Director joined the company in 2013 to progress our Commercial Team.
Director, Tom Lench now acts as Apprentice Manager and his main focus is training and mentoring our current apprentices to thrive within the industry. This ever developing structure enables us to maintain a successful business model, supporting the Industry by providing a much needed focus on training.
Training, Development & Upskilling is a core value of our Business . Our Apprenticeship programme produces and supports home grown talent and is evident at all levels of the company with continual opportunity for progression. From 1987 to present we have trained in excess of 250 apprentices, many of them have evolved into Managerial roles within
the company.
